Her career reflects a deep commitment to growth and service, having progressed through the roles of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Registered Nurse (RN), and RN-BSN before advancing into psychiatric practice.
Cecilia brings a rich, global perspective to her work, with clinical experience spanning Ghana (West Africa), England, and the United States. Her diverse background across multiple healthcare systems and specialties has shaped her ability to provide empathetic, culturally responsive, and comprehensive care to individuals from all walks of life.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Care of the Older Person from the University of the West of England in Bristol in 2008, completed her RN-BSN at Grand Canyon University in Arizona, and obtained her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Guided by this belief, her practice is patient-centered, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience.
She specializes in developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. These plans may include medication management, therapy, and genetic testing to help guide medication decisions, while also emphasizing the importance of lifestyle factors such as nutrition, physical activity, and healthy sleep patterns.
Cecilia is currently accepting new patients and treats a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, and personality disorders.
Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys spending meaningful time with family and friends and actively engaging with her community. She volunteers her time providing mental health education to youth groups, couples, families, and organizations. A person of faith, Cecilia integrates her values into her work, supporting a holistic, compassionate approach to mental health care.
