Most importantly , treatment plans  that emphasize the importance of lifestyle modification such as nutrition, exercise, and adequate  sleep.

We offer  telehealth appointments from the comfort and safety of your own home.  Our videoconferencing sessions allow us to do both initial and follow-up appointments that include treatment, client education, and medication management.
